bright. They are also the most highly marketed coffees in the world. Everyone
knows Juan Valdez. The Coffee Federation of Colombian has done an excellent job
of connoting in the American public's mind that Colombian coffees are the
"richest coffees in the world."

Organic Colombian Valle
de Cauca: Roasted city+ to Vienna
this is a wonderful balanced cup with a smooth finish. Attributes of semisweet
chocolate and caramels.
Organic Peru Cautivo:
Balanced cup with great sweetness, aromatic milk chocolate, hints of almond and
coconut, soft pear-like fruit, slight dry finish, balanced. City+ to Full City+
roast.
Brazil FC SS Cerrado:
A simple, low acid cup with creamy body, very nutty in the light roast and
chocolate in the dark roasts. City+ to Full City + or darker.
